Is Menzies Support Services a registered NDIS Provider?

We are a registered NDIS provider, providing supports to participants in the Murrindindi shire.

What is the difference between NDIS and NDIA?

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is the Commonwealth government organisation administering the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

When will my NDIS plan change?

Your plan will be reviewed after 12 months. If changes are required prior to that, you can request an earlier review with the NDIS.

Do you provide Support Coordination and Plan Management services?

Menzies Support Services ceased Support Coordination and Plan Management services in 2024. You can use the NDIS Provider Finder to find providers who offer these services: www.ndis.gov.au/participants/working-providers/find-registered-provider/provider-finder

Are your support workers qualified?

Most support workers hold a minimum Certificate III Individual Support, or a higher qualification such as Certificate IV in Disability, Leisure and Health, or Ageing Support. Support workers must hold CPR and First Aid credentials, and are subject to worker screening rules. Learn more about staff requirements here: Careers

Do you support people who do not have an NDIS package?

We support people funded through the TAC (Transport Accident Commission) and other funding bodies. If you would like to find out if you’re eligible for services please contact us.
