The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a way for people with disabilities obtain funding for the supports they need. It is designed to identify the disability-related supports people need to achieve their goals. Under the NDIS participants can choose where they would like to buy their supports.

Core Supports

Menzies Support Services provides Core supports, to assist you at home and in the community, according to your NDIS plan, goals, interests, support needs, and preferences. We also offer Group Programs.

We are a registered NDIS provider, and charge according to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (Price Guide).

Capacity-building Supports

Under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Capacity Building Supports are described as supports which enable a participant to build on their independence and skills.

Menzies support workers can provide some capacity-building supports, as specified in the price guide, including Increased Social and Community Participation.

For therapies, support coordination, plan managment and other capacity-building supports, you can use the NDIS Provider Finder to explore NDIS registered providers. You can also ask your Support Coordinator for assistance, or contact your Local Area Coordinatior (LAC).
