Are you ready to contribute your expertise and leadership to a vital community organisation? We are seeking expressions of interest from committed individuals to join the Committee of Management of a respected not-for-profit organisation delivering essential disability and aged care services in Alexandra, Victoria. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the strategic direction of a service that supports some of our most vulnerable community members. Committee members play a key governance role, ensuring the organisation remains sustainable, responsive, and aligned with its mission and values and strategic direction. We welcome interest from individuals with experience in:

  • Disability or aged care services
  • Community development and advocacy
  • Finance, legal, or corporate governance
  • Strategic planning and leadership
  • HR and Recruitment
  • Lived experience as a carer or service user
  • Prior board experience is not essential - we value diverse perspectives and a strong commitment to community service.
