Rai commenced a traineeship with Menzies in 2018, to study the Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing and Disability. Rai supports clients with a wide range of support needs and goals. Clients enjoy Rai’s sense of humour and active support approach. Rai worked as a mechanic for many years prior to his career change, and draws on his skills and knowledge the trade to support clients in learning technical skills and problem solving strategies.
